At Hiya Textile, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before returning any item.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.
Gift cards.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Intimate apparel or sleepwear for hygiene reasons, unless the original sealed packaging is unopened and intact.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Wait for our return authorization confirmation. We will provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, error on our part (such as wrong item sent), or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first so we can arrange this.
If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or are returned after the 30-day window.
Rejected Refunds: If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you and may send the item back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This helps us process your request faster and ensures the item you want is available.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hiyatextile@outlook.com. Include the following information:
Your order number.
A clear photo or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our approval notice, please check the following:
Contact your bank or credit card issuer. There is often a processing time before the refund is officially posted.
If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com with your order number and we will investigate.
9. International Returns
For customers outside our shipping origin country, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us before shipping any international return, as return addresses may differ.
Customs fees, duties, or taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable in most cases. We recommend checking with your local customs office before returning an item.
