Thank you for shopping at Hiya Textile. We want to make sure you receive your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read this Shipping & Handling policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your order may be shipped via:

  • USPS (First Class Mail, Priority Mail)

  • FedEx (Ground, Express)

  • DHL (Express Worldwide)

  • Other local carriers as needed for final delivery

At checkout, you will see the available shipping options for your address, along with estimated delivery times and costs.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to many international destinations.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please proceed to checkout. The shipping options displayed will confirm whether delivery is available to your address. Alternatively, you may contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com before placing your order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or international destinations. Please provide a physical street address whenever possible.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not from the date the order was placed.

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: 10–20 business days after processing, depending on customs and local postal services.

Please note that these are typical estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for such delays.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Total weight and dimensions of the package

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount. The qualifying threshold will be clearly displayed on our Site and at checkout. Free shipping offers apply to standard delivery only and do not include expedited or express shipping.

7. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs office are your responsibility. We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they are not included in our shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections. These delays are beyond our control, and we cannot predict or expedite them.

  • Undeliverable International Packages: If an international package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, minus any return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package.

  • Look around your property, including any back doors or side entrances.

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com, and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hiyatextile@outlook.com.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. This is sometimes necessary due to different warehouse locations or product sizes.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following types of addresses or regions in some cases:

  • P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or international shipments

  • Freight forwarders (we recommend using a direct address)

  • Countries under trade sanctions or embargoes

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.
