Track Your Order

Thank you for shopping with Hiya Textile. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

How to Track Your Order

Locate the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Find the tracking number included in the email.

Click the carrier’s tracking link, or visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number manually.

If you cannot find the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email. This is normal, as the carrier needs time to scan and process your package into their system.

If your tracking number still shows no update after 3 business days, please contact us at hiyatextile@outlook.com with your order number, and we will assist you.

Lost Tracking Number

If you have lost or cannot find your tracking number, simply email us at hiyatextile@outlook.com with your order number and the full name used for the purchase. We will resend your tracking information within 1–2 business days.

Order Not Yet Shipped

If you have just placed your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
